Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, Developmental delays, Down syndrome - all of these require a platform that has been carefully designed to ensure the learning process is maximized. Experience – Being her 7th year of working in the Education line, she also is the Business head – Operations & Curriculum actualization head @ Foster Billabong High International School - Hyderabad (Grade 1 - 10) & Kangaroo Kids Pre-schools - Hyderabad (4 Schools).
Her
scope her work includes:
Business Development, Financial management., Crisis management, Public relations. Strategize Marketing.Strategize Advertising, Interviews & Recruitments.Train the teaching team on curriculum implementation.Supervision to ensure quality teaching.Train the administrative team on admission counselling, communication policies , safety & security policies.Conduct mock sessions for teachers to ensure the real time classrooms run without glitch.Check if teaching aids have been put to optimum use. These are some of the operations that she directly handles.
